Purpose of WhatsApp Phone Number Collection
- Passwordless OTP Authentication: We collect your mobile number to generate and deliver a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) via WhatsApp, enabling secure and frictionless login without remembering complex passwords.
- Scheduled Farm Visit Confirmations: Delivering confirmation codes, visit details, and developer contact coordinates when you schedule a visit to inspect a farmland project.
- Critical Account & Lead Notifications: Notifying developers and property owners about verified customer inquiries, and sending customer service responses initiated by you.
Role of Meta Platforms, Inc.
When messages and OTPs are delivered via WhatsApp, your phone number and message payload are processed through Meta’s cloud communication infrastructure. Meta acts as a technology processor for the transmission of these communications. Information processed through WhatsApp is subject to the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy .
User Consent & Opt-Out (Unsubscribe) Mechanism

OTP Retention: WhatsApp OTP verification codes are generated with a strict 5-minute validity period. Expired codes are automatically invalidated and deleted from active database indexes.
Account Data Retention: Profile information is retained as long as your account remains active or as required by applicable Indian real estate record-keeping laws.
